Defense Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 5+ years of civil litigation experience and one attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience. Must be members of the South Carolina Bar. Practice areas for the positions include trucking and transportation cases, premises liability cases, construction cases, insurance coverage cases, medical malpractice and professional liability cases, governmental representation, and general civil litigation defense. Must have good research skills and be able to draft pleadings and motions, take and defend depositions, conduct mediations, argue motions and try cases. Deadline to apply: 1 October 2020.
