Paralegal - Plaintiff's Personal Injury The candidate will be responsible for answering phones, obtaining medicals, opening new files, maintaining attorney calendar, filing and drafting of legal documents such as Bills of Particulars, notice of claims, discovery demands & responses, RJIs, summons & complaints and notes of issue in order to help move PI and FELA cases towards resolution.
