Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, creating indexes of documents and maintaining case file, researching and analyzing law sources, reviewing discovery and issuing subpoenas for records and depositions, assisting attorneys with preparation for hearings, depositions and trials, abstracting depositions, researching experts and communicating with courts, outside counsel, clients, experts, and vendors. Should have 5-10 years of defense litigation experience preferably in the area of commercial litigation, product liability, employment litigation or personal injury. Should have a Bachelor's degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are preferred. Organization skills as well as E-discovery experience is a plus. Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved institution preferred.
