Legal Secretary The candidate will be transcribing dictation, drafting and finalizing of documents (including correspondence, and pleadings), Will be calendaring; Coordinating depositions, hearings, and meetings; Interacting with court personnel throughout multiple counties; Communicating with clients and other attorneys or staff. Should have 5+ years of relevant experience as a legal assistant with experience in litigation. Proficiency in Word Perfect, Microsoft Word, Timeslips are needed. Knowledge of court procedures throughout California and an ability to e-file documents with the court is advantageous.
