Employment Law Attorney The candidate will be advising business owners on employment issues, including employee terminations and discipline. Drafting employment policy handbooks. Defending unemployment claims and appeals. Staying abreast of everchanging employment laws. Must have 2 years of experience in Employment Law. Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado and be willing to live in Colorado Springs. Must be energetic, smart, and driven to be the best. Should have a demonstrated history of compelling writing, thoughtful research, sharp analytical skills, careful attention to detail, and strategic thinking. Should be confident, but never arrogant. Prior business experience is helpful and an entrepreneurial spirit is highly preferred. Should love capitalism and small-business.
