Associates are allowed to choose the practice areas and specific assignments that interest them, and they will be challenged with responsibility and client contact.
Paralegal - Trusts & Estates The candidate must have a college degree and/or paralegal certificate and at least five years experience in tax and related fiduciary accounting matters in trusts & estates. Experience in preparation of estate tax returns including federal estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns and gift tax returns is required. Superior communication and mathematical skills are a must and knowledge of related software a plus. Must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, work independently, be a team player and have excellent written and verbal skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.
