Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide support to attorneys and enhance the attorneys effectiveness by performing delegated substantive legal work for all attorneys in the Litigation Department. Draft, review and file legal documents such as notices, motions, discovery responsesand other pleadings for attorneys; Case Management; Calculate and manage deadlines; Review and summarize case files; Input billing for daily activity; Compile, analyze and organize information; and Other duties as assigned. Must have understand legal terminology and procedures. Should have knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. Familiar with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure preferred. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. Working knowledge of MyCase by AppFolio required. Must have Associates Degree or comparable work experience. Florida Registered Paralegal preferred. Should have 5 years as a litigation paralegal, experience with property claims is a plus. Work experience may substitute for Education (Vice Versa).
