Immigration Associate Attorney The candidate will be appearing in Immigration Court on behalf of clients for Master and Individual hearings; representing clients in adjustment of status, naturalization interviews and asylum interview. Will be supervising the work of the paralegal team in record keeping and document preparation. Performing other duties as required. The candidate should have a JD degree. Must have 2+ years of immigration experience including removal defense, cancellation of removal, Asylum and Withholding. Should be a Member of State Bar (NY preferred). Spanish, Hindi, Urdu or Bengali fluency is required. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
