Personal Injury Attorney Candidate will work in Personal Injury Law Firm with catastrophic personal injury cases. Will involve in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, taking/defending liability and expert depositions. Experience with experts in the fields of accident reconstruction, biomechanical engineering, neurosurgeons, treating and expert doctors, life care planners, economists, vocational rehabilitation etc. Must be motivated and dedicated, plaintiff personal attorney with pre-litigation/ litigation experience. Trial experience is preferred. Must have excellent writing skills, be well organized and detail oriented.
