Pre Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for pre-litigation caseload. Duties may include preparing settlement packages, ordering, summarizing and managing medical, billing and insurance records Communicating with clients, insurance companies, experts, attorneys, doctor offices and court personnel Scheduling meetings and deadlines May involve assisting litigation paralegal with preparing pleadings, exhibits and Efiling. Should have 1+ years minimum paralegal experience, including personal injury Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
