Immigration Associate Attorney The candidate will be interacting with clients and preparing for interviews and court hearings. Will do legal writing including trial briefs, appellate briefs, client declarations. Respond to Request for Evidence. Appearances in Immigration Court and interviews at USCIS. Must be a self-starter with true goals and ambitions of learning the practice of immigration law as a career opportunity, while working under the direct supervision and mentoring of immigration partner. Must have excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills. Must be a member of the California State Bar in good standing.
