Pre-Suit and Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate must be goal driven, persistent, organized, attentive to detail, communicate well, and able to meet deadlines. Should handle all matters pre-suit, including writing demands, knowledge of E-filing; communicating with clients, insurance adjusters and medical providers; manage trial deadlines, prepare pre-trial binders/preparations; Scheduling, coordinating and confirming hearings; depositions; mediation; EUO s; prep with attorneys, meetings, etc.; PI litigation experience is required, at least 3 years.
