Mass Tort Attorney The candidate must possess excellent attention to detail as well as strong research and writing skills. The candidate must be willing to work within a collaborative environment and must possess good interpersonal skills. Should have 3+ years handling personal injury matters in mass tort cases, with established hands-on case handling skills. Experience managing large dockets of clients in mass tort actions. Track record of effectively supporting attorneys in mass tort leadership roles (preferred). Experience drafting and responding to motions on a wide variety of federal procedural issues and substantive issues in the areas of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or toxic exposures. Experience in all facets of litigation including efficiently handling written discovery, taking and defending depositions, hearings, and mediations. Ability to interact with clients, vendors, and opposing counsel over the phone and in person. Outstanding organization, research, writing and communication skills.
