Personal Injury Case Manager / Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: Create reports and documents based on case specifications and requests. Communicate with clients to draft discovery response, collect and confirm medical treatment. Develop and follow a case file indexing system that can be used as an active archive for all ongoing and completed cases. Utilize existing files and a variety of other legal research resources to develop information for pending cases. Effectively monitor medical treatment. Correspond and file claims with insurance adjusters. Draft Demands. Order medical records and bills. Request reductions on medical bills. Personal injury case management experience preferred. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Should have 2-3 years of experience. English is required, Spanish preferred.
