Attorney: Estate Litigation / Estate Planning The candidate will step into current litigated matters to make all required appearances from inception through trial, draft and defend all aspects of discovery, and organize document intensive cases throughout all stages of litigation, as well as manage non-contested estate administrations and estate plan drafting. Qualifications: Experienced attorney in good standing with the State Bar of California. 2+ years of trust and estate litigation experience, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Will have the ability to work independently to step into current litigated matters to make all required appearances from inception through trial, draft and defend all aspects of discovery, and organize document intensive cases throughout all stages of litigation, as well as manage non-contested estate administrations.
