Associate Immigration Attorney Candidate must have passion for all areas of immigration law including business and employment visas, family petitions, refugee and asylum issues, immigrant advocacy law before Immigration and Federal Courts, citizenship and naturalization, deportation defense among other immigration-related fields. Will deal with diverse client base on cases ranging from those involving professionals and international businesses seeking employment-based or investor visas to foreign nationals facing family separation possibilities. May deal with stressful international business demands. Experience immigration field. May prefer to focus on certain areas of immigration (e.g. business-based immigration, family-based immigration, or removal defense), or they can continue to work in several immigration fields. Qualifications: Law school or undergraduate level or through work, volunteer, or travel experience. Background should reflect an interest in immigration and diverse cultures and must reflect good scholastic performance. Must feel passionate about the importance of the economic contributions and the civil, human, and constitutional rights of the immigrant population.
