Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2 years of experience in employment law and general commercial litigation. The candidate for this position will have experience managing cases and all aspects of litigation. This position will require significant client interaction; court appearances; taking and defending depositions; arguing motions; and trial attendance with the litigation Partner. Current Virginia license is required. Bar admission in Virginia is required.
