Litigation Paralegal The candidate should preferably have insurance defense experience, particularly in areas of trucking and/or public entity. Trail experience is a plus. Should have experience in billing time. Should have experience maintaining electronic records using a document management system, iManage experience a real plus. Must have intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook.
