Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide litigation support to attorneys. Will prepare cases for deposition and trial. Review, analyze and summarize medical records. Serve demands for medical records and other evidence, follow up and obtain response from attorneys and third parties. Work closely with clients and expert witnesses to prepare for deposition and trial. Medical or nursing background is a plus.
