Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle responsibilities include: propounding and responding to discovery; subpoena preparation and follow-up; preparation of any supporting documents and exhibits, and preparing hearing binders; independent review and organization of medical records, employment records, and client documents; work as a team with all levels of experiences; routine communication with clients and attorneys about cases status and preparation. Should preferably have 5+ years of experience. Must have worked in a fast-paced defense firm focused on civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on class action law.
