Legal Secretary Duties: Support attorneys and paralegals in corporate, real estate and banking related transactions. Administrative support, creating, revising and redlining documents, submitting documents for filing with various agencies, organizing and preparing closing binders and other miscellaneous projects that contribute to the firm. Occasional administrative and reception backup will also be required. The candidate must be: Previous legal secretary experience is required. Friendly and outgoing, able to work well in a team; professional - able to interact with clients and make a good impression as a representative of firm; punctual and dependable; well organized; able to multi-task and prioritize under pressure while paying close attention to detail; able to maintain strict confidentiality for our clients; and proficient with MS Office.
