Personal Injury Legal Assistant/paralegal The candidate will be part of a team, working for a single attorney, handling his or her list of cases from beginning to end. Must have experience with both litigation and pre-litigation is a plus; Position requires: Knowledge of court-system procedures, filings and deadlines; Heavy contact with clients, insurance adjusters and medical providers; Ability to be both thorough and efficient managing the work, as this is a fast paced work environment; Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor; Knowledge of Needles case management software is a plus.
