Litigation Paralegal The candidate will maintain files in litigation, as well as maintaining schedules, docket management, client interaction, corresponding with defense attorneys, and duties commonly associated to position like E-Filing, draft Pleadings, case evaluations, mediation and facilitation summaries and schedule depositions. Must preferably be Bilingual candidates. Should have working knowledge of both first and third auto negligencies required. Familiarity will all e-filing systems is also a requirement.
