Pre-litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will manage the day-to-day critical tasks on cases, from Intake to Litigation. This includes providing excellent service and organizational skills to ensure clients are receiving the best outcome for their case. 2+ years Personal Injury plaintiff experience is preferred. Experience in conducting Intake interviews with new clients is a plus. Experience with liens, including liens associated with ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and workers compensation is desired. Experience with complex, high volume cases is desired. Experience with case management system is a plus.
