Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate should have ability to manage a case load of approximately 125 cases. Must have legal writing experience: summons and complaints; bill of particulars; responses to orders; note of issue, discovery responses in general. Should have ability to breakdown medical records and prepare cases for Depositions. Should be very organized. Should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
