Paralegal The candidate will ill work on Workers' Compensation defense. Will work on Tasks may include coordinating medical treatment, reviewing medical records and medical billing, negotiating medical liens over the telephone , appearing at the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board on lien issues, preparing trial exhibits, legal research, drafting memorandums or pleadings, and drafting correspondence to opposing counsel, lien claimants or clients. Bachelor's Degree and ABA-certified paralegal certificate are required. Workers' Compensation experience is preferred. Lien resolution experience is particularly helpful. Must have 1-3 years paralegal experience is preferred.
