Associate Attorney Insurance Defense Duties: Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense matters. Independently manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Draft pleadings, discovery demands, motions and appeals. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Qualifications: JD Degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in New York. 1-3 years of insurance defense litigation experience. Significant experience handling Labor Law (200, 240, 241) and property damage claims. Superior communication, writing and research skills. Experience with elevator cases a plus.
