Part-Time Legal Secretary/Billing Clerk Duties: Drafting correspondence/letters: Data entry (law firm management software); Generating, reviewing, processing attorney billing invoices; Communicating with clients regarding billing invoices; Computer skills Word, Excel, Outlook (MyCase software would be a plus); Review/revise attorney correspondence, briefs, pleadings; Attorney support (filing, copying, scanning); Calendaring; Open/close client files; Processing mail. Qualifications: Some prior experience is necessary. A great attitude whose strengths include organizational and writing skills. Schedule: Work hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
