Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate will daily case management, Reviewing police reports, supplemental reports, medical records, insurance policies, etc. Preparation of settlement distributions and allocations, Enter plaintiff and defendant insurance acknowledgments into CMS, Review and organize medical bills and records, Make follow up calls to clients as appropriate, Paralegal with personal injury experience preferred, Must possess strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail, Must have the ability to handle competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Experience in legal research, Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Associates Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
