Seeking Associate Attorney, Litigation with insurance defense litigation experience. The candidate will handle attendance and participation in depositions of fact and expert witnesses as well as preparation and participation in trials and hearings in State and Federal Court. Must have 3+ years experience in trucking/transportation, insurance coverage and bad faith, as well as auto and premises liability. Must have 3+ years experience handling insurance defense litigation which includes drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and other legal documents on behalf of clients.
