Associate Attorney (Family Law) The candidate will work for small law firm that specializes in complex family law litigation. Should have 1-3 years experience in order to help with caseload that increases by the day. The applicant must already be admitted to the New Jersey Bar. Must have excellent writing skills and the ability to handle cases independently, draft motions, answer discovery, complete Case Information Statements and make Court appearances. In addition, the ideal candidate will need to work well with clients and other attorneys as the practice of family law is heavily based on face-to-face interactions with both clients and other professionals.
