Immigration Paralegal The candidate will assist us in all types of immigration cases, like: Family-Based petitions, U visas, PERM, NIW, and etc. Must have good writing skills to write affidavits and declarations. Experience is preferred. Job Duties: Researching law. Contacting USCIS/NVC regarding clients cases. Writing Memos, declarations, affidavits, and etc. Preparing clients application/petitions/cover letters and etc. Contacting Client regarding missing information, sending checklists, giving case updates, and etc. Filling Clients petitions.
