Seeking Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Paralegal with 2+ years' Chapter 13 experience. Candidate must be able to handle a large case load while keeping clients happy and informed. Duties will include preparing Chapter 13 petitions and plans, meeting with clients, filing cases and related motions and notices, preparing documents necessary to confirm Chapter 13 plans, and amending and modifying plans as necessary. Must be very detail-oriented. Must have a great attitude and be able to comfort clients going through a very stressful time in their lives. Must have values of excellence, honesty, and continuous learning. Must be a great team member -- always willing to pitch in and help out co-workers.
