Paralegal The candidate concentrates in Immigration, Personal Injury, and Workers' Compensation law representing immigrants and persons injured in accidents. Duties include communicating with clients in connection with ongoing projects, answering phones, working on immigration cases including primarily family based and removal/deportation cases. The job also includes possibly assisting in writing memos/briefs. It further includes Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation case support including writing letters, ordering and indexing medical records, assisting with discovery and pleadings, filing, and other administrative duties. Must be functionally fluent in both Spanish and English. Previous experience working in a law office preferred.. Bachelor Degree or Paralegal Certificate required.
