Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate and 2+ years of litigation experience or no degree/certificate and 6+ years of experience. Experience in all phases of trial and trial preparation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records required. Large-scale multi-party litigation preferred.
