Responsible for cases from filing to trial, including settlement negotiations, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, motion practice, and trial. Develop case strategies and theories. Must have 3 years of relevant experience and a Bar License. Should have access to paralegal and secretarial support, as well as law and motion assistance so as to focus on action and litigation.
