Remote Workers' Comp Associate Attorney The candidate' must have previous experience as a Workers' Compensation attorney, please do not apply without the requisite experience. This position is remote, but requires physical attendance at local WCABs and occasional in person client and team meetings. Manage and advocate on a full caseload from assignment through completion; Communicating effectively with team and clients; Effectively manages and leads own case management team to provide world-class customer service; Attend company and community events as a representative of the firm; Should have 3 years experience as a California applicant or defense attorney, working all facets of a workers' compensation case, including conducting depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals; California State Bar membership.
