Preparing Grant Deeds/Affidavits. Finalizing documents for signing. Processing signed estate planning files, reviewing, managing letters and follow up. Answering phones/scheduling appointments. 1+ year of experience. Keeping desk clean and organized. Managing files within office in varying stages of work. Must be detail oriented. Computer skills (word processing) required.
