Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 2+ years experience in personal injury plaintiff s work. Knowledge of personal injury law with litigation required. Experience with legal research, discovery, investigation, trial and pleading preparation preferred. Outstanding organizational skills are required in order to manage cases effectively. Knowledge of Aderant Total Office is preferred and the ability to e-file case documents is required. Bachelor s degree and/or ABA accredited paralegal certification a plus.
