Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 3+ years of civil litigation/trial experience. Past experience with commercial litigation, guardianship and probate desired. Experience in the creation of original work product documents, background and fact investigations and discovery procedures in state and federal court preferred. Must also be able to navigate civil and federal docket systems.
