Probate Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should have 3 years of probate litigation experience with evidentiary and trial experience. Will be responsible for managing your own caseload. Able to handle ex parte, motion hearing calendar, evidentiary, and summary judgment hearings. Trial experience is a plus. Tracking of billable hours required. Management of case status and report to supervising attorney on a weekly basis required. Regularly update clients on the status of the case required. Conveys confidence in person and on the phone. Significant amount of court appearance required. Demonstrates exceptional communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office required. Database entry required. Inbound sales experience is a plus.
