Associate Attorney - Litigation / Mediation The candidate will draft and review pleadings for state and federal courts. Will attend hearings and communicate with clients. Handle a variety of matters in a high volume, fast paced office. Admission to the MD and DC Bars is required. Should preferably have 1-2 years of experience in real estate law or real estate litigation. Prior litigation experience is required.
