Part-Time Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of litigation including researching legal issues, preparing case strategy, preparing pleadings and motions, interviewing witnesses, preparing for and taking and defending depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery and document requests, and preparing for and attending hearings and trial. Should be licensed to practice law in Georgia and admitted to practice in state and federal courts. 2+ years of business litigation experience is preferred.
