Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will work with an Estate Planning Partner and a Litigation Partner. Should have a strong work ethic, be detail oriented and possess a can-do attitude with a desire to excel. Will prepare documents for Estate Planning Meetings; Monitor, prioritize, organize and facilitate daily workflow in order to meet deadlines; Prepare and mail US/UPS/Fed Ex/Certified letters and packages; Document management (copying, scanning and saving files appropriately). Will assist with other duties and special projects as needed; Update firm library subscriptions as needed; Storage administration. Should have experience in Legal environment preferred; Organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be proficient in software tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Should be flexible and responsive to shifting demands.
