Product Liability Associate Attorney Duties : Defending product liability claims, Serving as Discovery Counsel in matters around the country, and Commercial counseling for corporate clients. Experience in one of more of these areas is strongly preferred. Additional training and hands-on experience. Independently manage a caseload involving wide-ranging litigation. Work closely with other attorneys, team members, and partners on legal projects. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Direct communication with clients on case strategy and to provide status updates. Qualifications : The candidate should be JD from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in the State of New York. Should have 2+ years of litigation experience. Strong technical capabilities and/or experience with document review platforms. Should experience with commercial counseling is a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills.
