Labor and Employment Staff Attorney The candidate will handle as part of a team or, in some cases lead, employment litigation matters in state and federal court and arbitration. Must have 3+ (and preferably many more) years of labor and employment litigation experience, be able to interview witnesses, conduct workplace investigations, and litigate single plaintiff lawsuits (including written discovery, take depositions, and prepare briefs) with minimal oversight, and must have excellent research and writing skills. Texas Bar membership is required.
