This is the small Denver office of a large national firm. The firm has a full-service practice but specializes in litigation, and this office only practices litigation, especially in the areas of insurance, environmental, and employment law. Their clients include national corporations and insurance companies as well as local businesses and individuals. The firm takes pride in the skill and ethical standards of its attorneys. The firm establishes close, long-term relationships with its clients, so its attorneys have plenty of client contact. The atmosphere at the firm is team-oriented and the firm culture is dedicated to responding quickly to the needs of its clients.
Labor And Employment Attorneys The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in employment litigation, counseling, and traditional labor law (collective bargaining, labor arbitration, matters before the National Labor Relations Board and/or New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission). New Jersey Bar admission is required. New York Bar Admission is a plus.
