Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for preparing employment based cases such as H1Bs, I-140s, I-485 and family based applications. Will also be preparing under attorney's supervision, H1B visas; I140s and I485 employment based applications. Corresponding with clients and government officials under attorney supervision. Must have 2+ years of solid experience in business immigration. Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is needed. High school or equivalent is essential.
