State and federal litigation cases include insurance fraud, business disputes, breach of contract, injunctions, breach of fiduciary duty, and civil RICO. Claim work include long term disability, long term care, life, health, liability, and property damage. Qualifications: 5+ years experience. Strong communication, organizational, computer skills a must. Financial, medical and ERISA knowledge.
