Attorney The candidate will manage various types of employment cases including individual discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, retaliation, whistleblower and sexual harassment litigation matters, as well as PAGA and class action. Work closely with the other attorneys and managing partner to strategize and obtain the best possible result for the clients. 3+ years of experience in labor and employment litigation is required. Should have strong writing and research skills.
